To secure excellent after sales service Boomeranger uses existing service points or service (see the list of our partners) can be contracted to a service point selected by the customers, which shall be trained by Boomeranger.
Whereas the hull and pontoons of the Boomeranger RIB boats are of very low service need, engine suppliers global service networks make sure the more often needed service and spare parts services for the engines are locally available.
COTS (Commercial off the shelf) parts are used as much as possible for their ease of replacement and availability. However, as customer requirements often demand for higher specification than is available on the market we work closely with engine, propulsion and electronics suppliers for customized solutions. To ensure after market support also for these parts we offer tailored spare parts packages and service training
