Among several design features special attention is paid into the right angle of engine mounting, dry run capability and hook installations without compromising sea worthiness. Boomeranger is specialized into delivering RIBs which are built according to customer’s operational requirements but also fulfill the SOLAS Fast Rescue Rules (See SOLAS and MIL Fast Rescue Boats).

Close cooperation with the mothership’s shipyard is essential as the tender boat is one of the most used components of a ship and influences heavily the crews overall perspective of the ship.  Boomeranger’s knowhow of delivered projects ensures that the co-operation in designing the interfaces between the mothership, the davit or ramp system supplier and the RIB are well supported and the end-users are delivered a safe and working solution. Length and beam of the Boomeranger RIBs can be customized to fit the boat niche of the mothership.
